Job Title: Yard Foreman

Frank's Supply Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Yard Foreman to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, timely shipments, and well-maintained yard operations, resulting in customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Ensure merchandise is stored in the designated area of the warehouse.
  • Pull merchandise for customer will-call and store transfers, completing all associated paperwork.
  • Load and/or unload freight trucks and stage merchandise for receiving.
  • Load customer merchandise.
  • Coordinate with inside sales for stocking the showroom.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and showroom as needed.
  • Delegate tasks as necessary.
  • Adhere to all governmental, company, and equipment-related safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Leadership skills.
  • Good reading, comprehension, and math skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to consistently lift packages up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficient use of job support tools.
  • The ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, and material handling equipment.
  • The ability to work in all elements.
