About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and quality of our warehouse execution software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development Support: Collaborate with our development team to support the development, testing, and deployment of our software product.
  • Defect Identification and Tracking: Identify, report, and track software defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Plan and execute tests to acceptance criteria from functional requirements, ensuring the software meets the required standards.
  • Mentorship and Debugging: Mentor junior QA members and assist with debugging to resolve software issues.
  • Bug Triage and Resolution: Triage bugs and help debug to determine their validity and resolve them efficiently.
  • Automated Testing: Write and generate automated tests for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation, including test cases, test data, and reports, to ensure traceability and transparency.
