In this role, you will lead day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring and motivating associates to deliver exceptional customer service. You will interact with customers to create a positive shopping experience, proactively solving problems professionally and efficiently.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Candidates must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of $14 per hour salary is guaranteed, plus benefits and flexible hours.
