Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in delivering top-notch virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
About the RoleThis is an opportunity to work with diverse student populations, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential. As part of our innovative teletherapy team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored therapy sessions that meet the unique needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups to address specific speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
- Monitor and document students' progress towards meeting therapy goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Delaware Teaching Certification optional
- Delaware SLP license required
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $42+
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
