About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Contracts Coordinator to join our team at Radiometer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Field Service Organization and Radiometer Medical Customers with all their administrative service needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create annual service agreements for all company products, ensuring timely invoices and accurate pricing.
  • Verify prices to purchase orders, match purchase orders and invoices, and enter data into CRM and Axapta systems.
  • Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with customers by updating them on upcoming contractual agreements, helping them renew contracts, and accurately invoicing them.
  • Assist in monthly processing of invoices to ensure monthly revenue targets are met, as well as assist in the process of credits and re-bills.
  • Collaborate with field service teams to drive revenue growth by verifying and collecting purchase orders, identifying revenue-generating opportunities.
  • File and maintain all documentation for contracts and invoices, efficiently managing email inboxes to ensure nothing is left behind.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, special projects coordination, or call center environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet skills, keyboard entry, and database management.
  • Previous experience in CRM, Axapta, and Outlook is a plus.
