Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage project documentation, including scheduling of materials and equipment buyout.
  • Assist with financial outcome planning, invoicing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with the project manager to ensure timely completion and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, product lists, and RFIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and ability to work under pressure.
