Job Summary:

The Construction Manager will oversee the supervision, management, and direction of ongoing construction projects for Prime Healthcare. This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare engineering and/or construction, or 10 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word, Excel, and scheduling software, and possess a state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day construction projects, ensuring all requirements, regulations, and documentation are completed.
  • Assist the Facilities Department in transitioning and integrating construction projects into existing facility operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare engineering and/or construction, or 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • State-issued driver's license.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
