Job Summary:

The Construction Manager will oversee the supervision, management, and direction of ongoing construction projects for Prime Healthcare. This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare engineering and/or construction, or 10 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction regulations and documentation, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day coordination of construction projects
  • Ensure all requirements, regulations, and documentation are completed
  • Assist the Facilities Department in transitioning/integrating construction projects into existing facility operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare engineering and/or construction, or 10 years of experience in a related field
  • State-issued driver's license
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and scheduling software
