Position Overview:
URC Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects, a prominent national firm specializing in surveying and engineering, is seeking a dedicated full-time Field Survey Crew Leader. This role involves supervising a team in gathering field data and preparing it for our CADD Operators.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Lead a field crew in the collection of essential survey data.
  • Ensure accurate data preparation for CADD operations.
  • Travel frequently as required by project demands.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in surveying.
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficiency in operating survey equipment, including GPS, Total Station, Data Collector, and Level.
  • The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.
  • A valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
  • Familiarity with Trimble Surveying Instrumentation and software is preferred.
  • Experience with CADD software such as Civil 3D or Microstation is advantageous.

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is between $41,000 and $81,000.
