Internal Wholesaler

At Duncan Financial Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Wholesaler to join our team. As an Internal Wholesaler, you will play a critical role in providing consultative sales support and case design to external producers, as well as quotes and case design for our internal case management and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide consultative sales support and case design to external producers
- Run product quotes and illustrations, and provide next steps instructions and best practices
- Make carrier and product recommendations based on client needs and preferences
- Educate and encourage producers on the usage of accelerated underwriting and simplified application processes
- Exhibit initiative to build new relationships and grow life insurance business
- Record and track all producer requests and activities in the CRM System
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or experience equivalent
- Experience in Financial Services (1-2 years)
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance License
- Advanced computer skills; MS Office Suite proficiency
- Any CRM experience highly desired (Duncan uses Redtail CRM)
- Proficient in Internet Applications, including carrier and vendor websites
- Ability to learn and adopt new processes and technology
- Written and verbal communication proficiency
- Accountability
- Time management, organization, and administrative proficiencies
