We are looking for a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care in the comfort of our residents' homes and in assisted living and independent living settings across Ocean County, NJ.

• Evaluate clients and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans and complete all related documentation and record keeping.
• Provide client education and guidance on home exercises for ongoing progress.
• Regularly reassess clients and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Foster clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare team members.

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist License.
• 2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
• Demonstrate unwavering professionalism and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
