Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate components using hand and power tools provided by the company.
- Construct electrical panels and boxes according to specifications.
- Follow assembly process specifications meticulously.
- Collaborate effectively with small teams, typically ranging from 2 to 8 members.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required, with a preference for candidates who have attended technical school.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong hand/eye coordination and some mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Previous exposure to work instructions and blueprints is advantageous.
