Job Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Panel Assembler to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of assembly operations associated with multiple electrical and mechanical products. Work will be completed according to written procedures, drawings, and established workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products per assembly process specifications.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work in a team environment with a positive attitude and support the success of the team.
  • Assemble, terminate, and wire electrical panels and electrical boxes using the specified tooling and approved workmanship standards.
  • Work with written instructions, mechanical drawings, bills of materials, wire run lists.
  • Perform point to point wiring on a variety of electrical panels and power distribution electrical boxes using company supplied hand tools.
  • Work with groups ranging from 2-8 people.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED, prefer technical school or equivalent experience.
  • Good communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience wiring electrical panels and/or electrical sub-assemblies.
  • Experience with hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, tape measures, wrenches, and torque wrenches.
