About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Credentialing and Privileging Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and processing the initial application and reappointment process for the credentialing and privileging of the Medical Staff and providers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains an up-to-date system for processing initial and reappointment applications for credentialing, billing, and privileging.
- Ensures all application verifications and data are received, reviewed, and accurate.
- Verifies and maintains current and accurate data during the full board/committee process.
- Confidentiality is strictly maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of healthcare credentialing experience.
- CPMSM or CPCS certification preferred.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. SAC Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including industry-leading PTO accrual, paid holidays, sick leave, and health insurance coverage.
