Overview

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative functions for the Executive and associated department staff
  • Prepare contract packets, forms, and documentation as requested
  • Schedule meetings for the executive or the department with providers
  • Maintain databases and department tools with statuses
  • Process contracts, credentialing, and correspondence
  • Review credentialing applications prior to submittal to RMG Contracts
  • Work collaboratively with Network Managers during the contracting process
  • Perform on-site visits to physicians, physician groups, hospitals, and ancillary providers
  • Oversight of database maintenance and accuracy through use of audits

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Network Management in a managed care setting, health plan, or large medical group administration
  • Knowledge of contracting principles/tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Power Point)
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required for travel within service area

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $54,720 and $56,320, based on a 26-27 hour workweek. This estimate may vary depending on individual factors such as location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
