Position Title: Senior Specialist - Software Engineering

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing business requirements, translating them into comprehensive high- and low-level designs. This role involves:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications for the Finance business unit utilizing .NET, C#, PowerShell, and SQL Server, while adhering to engineering standards within an Agile framework.
  • Taking full ownership of the development process, including unit testing and code migration, ensuring high quality with minimal supervision.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support for the application.
  • Writing SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and other database components.
  • Collaborating closely with customers, business analysts, and project teams to understand business needs and drive the analysis and design of effective technical solutions that align with both business and technology strategies, while adhering to architectural standards.
  • Following change management procedures to implement project deliverables efficiently.
  • Coordinating with support teams such as DBA, DevSecOps, and Monitoring to resolve issues promptly.

Compensation:

The displayed salary range represents the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. Individual pay will be determined based on work location, job level, and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional forms of compensation may be available, such as performance-based bonuses and sales incentives.
