Bright Harbor Healthcare is dedicated to delivering PACT services to a diverse population across various regions. The PACT framework is supported by a comprehensive team of professionals, including psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses, registered nurses, clinicians, specialists in co-occurring disorders, vocational rehabilitation experts, mental health practitioners, and peer support specialists.

Position Title: Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist II
Employment Type: Full-Time; 40 Hours/Week
Eligibility for Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package
Work Location: Bayville, NJ
Department: PACT II
Compensation: $30,000 - $35,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver case management services to an assigned group of clients
  • Engage in a collaborative multi-disciplinary treatment team to enhance client care
  • Provide crisis intervention support as required
  • Involve all clients in the development of treatment plans and service provision
  • Facilitate transportation for clients as necessary
  • Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) through demonstration and guidance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related discipline
  • A minimum of two years of experience in vocational evaluation, job readiness training, or personalized job placement and/or coaching for individuals with serious persistent mental illness (SPMI)
