As the initial point of contact, you will represent our brand and be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations. Your role will involve managing staff, engaging with guests, and upholding our commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and manage front desk personnel, including concierge and reception staff, ensuring they deliver top-notch guest services and adhere to hotel protocols.

- Oversee the front desk budget and procure necessary office supplies.
- Prepare occupancy reports and compile financial data for management review.
- Direct front desk activities to guarantee that customer service aligns with our high standards for guest satisfaction.
- Engage with guests both in-person and via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong bookkeeping abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in office management within the hospitality sector, particularly in a supervisory role at the front desk.

- Prior experience in hospitality of at least 1 year is essential for this position.
