Classroom Management:
- Maintain an organized and tidy classroom environment;
- Support the management of student behavior as necessary.
- Coordinate with classroom teachers to discuss assigned responsibilities;
- Deliver subject matter to students under the guidance of teachers, utilizing various instructional methods;
- Provide individual or small group tutoring to reinforce learning concepts;
- Adapt to the unique needs of each student, addressing any special requirements;
- Assist in developing essential skills through targeted instructional exercises;
- Communicate any special needs or concerns regarding students to the teacher.
- Certification as a Teaching Assistant in PA is required;
- First Aid and CPR certification;
- Willingness to complete necessary clearances and training for child safety, including background checks and health assessments;
- Ability to engage in physical activities such as sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
