Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Cannabis Brand Representative to embody the spirit of 1906 in various retail environments. As a key representative for our brand, you will be crucial in boosting our presence, educating retail personnel, and cultivating strong relationships within the community. This position requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, primarily during weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative in retail locations and industry events.
- Engage and inspire retail staff, enhancing brand visibility and driving sales.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge to both customers and retail staff.
- Manage in-store visual displays and merchandising.
- Compile detailed reports following events for our Sales and Marketing teams.
- Exhibit strong brand loyalty and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- Warm, engaging, and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends.
- Proven ability to build relationships effectively.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and time management.
- Physical capability to navigate retail environments for extended periods.

- Basic understanding of the cannabis industry and culture.
- Access to a personal vehicle with sufficient space for event materials.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in product knowledge and customer engagement.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in retail sales with a focus on influencing and problem-solving.
- Experience in health & wellness, adult beverages, or beauty sectors.
- Proximity to the designated area is advantageous.
