FOH Manager

At Suburban Inns, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FOH Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and management of the Front of the House, while adhering to our company's core values and standards.

• Lead and manage FOH personnel to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Ensure the correct appearance, cleanliness, and safety of FOH areas, equipment, and fixtures
• Complete monthly inventories, pricing, cost controls, requisitioning, and issuing for beer and liquor
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and drive staff engagement
• Conduct table touches to 100% of tables serviced and generate service recovery efforts as needed
• Develop and implement side work, opening, and closing procedures that adhere to SI/Big Es standards and safety protocols
• Lead, manage, and hold Team Members accountable to the standards of employment and job performance set by the core values of Suburban Inns and Big Es

• High School Diploma or equivalent related experience required
• One-year job-related experience
• ServSafe Food, CPR, and TIPS Certifications (may be completed upon hire)
• Ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions
• Good communication skills

• Competitive salary range: $42K-$45K per year based on experience
