- Facility Tours: Conduct tours of our facility, showcasing our amenities and services to prospective clients.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, including accepting payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience for clients.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role or retail sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to resolve problems quickly and professionally, and strong telephone skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, frequently lift 40 pounds, stand, walk, and climb stairs, and handle dogs on leashes.
- Health Insurance: Part-time health insurance.

- Telehealth Services: Part-time telehealth services.
$18.00/hour DOE.
