Key Responsibilities

    • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer invoices.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Inventory Management
    • Assist with building inventory reports, including WIP, raw, and finished goods.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements.
  • Capital Expenditures
    • Record and maintain capital expenditures, including fixed assets and depreciation.
    • Assist with capital project planning and budgeting.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with ITW's financial policies and procedures.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including internal control weaknesses and financial reporting errors.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration with an emphasis in accounting.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in a related field, with audit experience a plus.
  • Skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Capable of working independently and managing to deadlines.
    • Able to be diversified, to multi-task, and to prioritize.
    • Proficient in the use of ERP systems and MS Office, specifically Excel.
    • Knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements and experience in their application.
