Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize SQL Server databases for maximum performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions
  • Configure and maintain database servers and processes to ensure high availability and security
  • Monitor system health and performance, identifying and resolving issues in real-time
  • Develop and implement data models, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Provide expert-level support for database-related queries and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and trends, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Database Administrator or Developer, with a strong background in SQL Server
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with cloud computing providers, such as AWS, and containerization technologies
  • Knowledge of database security best practices and compliance regulations
