About the Role

The Center for Urban Community Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Assistant Program Director at The Times Square Supported Housing. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced staff to deliver high-quality services to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:

">

This role requires a thorough understanding of relevant service delivery concepts and structures, including strong knowledge and experience with mental health systems. You will be responsible for supervising designated clinical staff, overseeing special services programs, and maintaining good relations with funders and stakeholders.

You will also develop and maintain a program culture that is client-centered, outcome-oriented, and dedicated to continuous quality improvement. Additionally, this role requires strong supervisory and administrative skills, as well as the ability to interface effectively and efficiently with colleagues to ensure quality services and program operations.

Requirements

">

We are looking for an individual with a Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, mental health counseling, or public administration. A minimum of 4 years of applicable experience working with related populations in human services organizations is required, as well as 2 years of supervisory experience in human services, public health, or social services.

A strong understanding of verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, and bilingual Spanish/English proficiency are essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
