Key Responsibilities:

Your Role:

The Field Services Manager will oversee the effective deployment of Field Employees by providing thorough training and onboarding, along with ongoing support for team development.

Key duties include:

  • Conducting interviews and hiring Field Superintendents.
  • Managing a team of approximately 50 Field personnel.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies among Field Team members.
  • Enforcing guidelines outlined in the Field Services Handbook.
  • Facilitating coaching, support, and disciplinary measures for the Field Team.
  • Creating and distributing performance reviews and feedback for team members.
  • Assisting Field Team members with technology usage, including troubleshooting and compliance.
  • Ensuring safety practices are followed according to industry standards and Powerhouse requirements.
  • Acting as a liaison between Field Team members and Project Teams.
  • Occasionally traveling to verify Field Team compliance.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week.
