We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Leasing and Housing Coordinator to join our team at Vail Resorts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our employees.

About the Role:

  • The Senior Leasing and Housing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our employee housing facilities meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.
  • This individual will work closely with our housing team to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve any issues promptly, and maintain open communication channels with residents.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment for employee residents.
  • In partnership with the housing team, ensure all information is correct and complete within StarRez (Housing system).
  • Elevate the experience for residents/employees and housing staff while driving the seasonal Employee Value Proposition.
  • Support the employee wellness strategies in Employee Housing, ensuring alignment with Company vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years' customer service experience in direct sales, rental properties preferred.
  • Data management.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • StarRez or other room management software programs experience preferred.
