Job Overview:
We are looking for a Principal Biostatistician to join our team at Merck Sharp & Dohme. As a key member of our Biostatistics and Research Decision Sciences department, you will be responsible for providing biostatistical support for related drug/vaccine projects in Late Development Statistics.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead biostatistical support for clinical trials
- Develop and implement statistical methods and tools to support data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and analyze clinical trials

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline with a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, OR PhD degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience
