Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Registered Nurse in the Orthopaedic and Spine department, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, including developing and revising care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in shared governance and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- One year of current acute care RN experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
