About the Job

Publishing Associate is a key role within Global Channel Management, responsible for managing the publishing process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management: Oversee the publishing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Procurement: Source and procure materials and services as needed.
  • Strategic sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Communicate effectively with suppliers, studios, and internal stakeholders.
  • Invoices and budget management: Manage invoices and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the publishing process.
  • Finance and content development: Collaborate with finance and content development teams to ensure alignment and effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of educational publishing experience or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Project management, procurement, strategic sourcing, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
