Project Superintendent Role Overview

The Project Superintendent, under the supervision of the Lead Superintendent, is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth project operations.

Requirements:
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction science, management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in Commercial Construction Superintendent roles, with knowledge in Big Box Retail, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Grocery projects.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and CSI division system.
  • Licenses: Valid Driver's License without violations.
