  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction science, management, engineering, or architecture
  • 5-10 years in Commercial Construction Superintendent roles, with knowledge in Big Box Retail, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Grocery projects
  • Proficiency in internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and CSI division system
  • Valid Driver's License without violations
