This position mandates onsite presence at least three days a week.


Role Overview:

As a Penetration Tester within the Red Team, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate security measures from an offensive standpoint, aiming to enhance the overall security framework of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scoping, planning, execution, and documentation of penetration assessments (ethical hacking).
  • Perform security evaluations of systems and networks to ensure robust security practices.
  • Replicate real-world attack scenarios to uncover vulnerabilities and potential threat vectors.
  • Articulate intricate technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Diverse technical expertise (e.g., Windows internals, Linux systems, cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, networking, mobile operating systems).
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in offensive security or ethical hacking, such as OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, GPEN, GXPN, Pentest+, or CEH.
