  • Review and analyze contract request forms, collect necessary information, and draft, review, and edit various types of contracts.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on contract-related matters, handle amendments and supplemental agreements, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts, act as a liaison between corporate counsel and stakeholders, and strive for favorable terms and conditions.
  • Provide administrative support, process budget requests and invoices, maintain and update logistics-related licenses and insurance policies, and organize meetings and events.
  • Route contracts for signature, collect and save fully executed contracts, manage the contract lifecycle, and maintain accurate and organized contract records.
Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • High energy, fast learner, flexible, and able to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize numerous projects under deadline pressure, work extended hours as required, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal contract management tools.
