Job Summary:

Trawick Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee daily operations and lead projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects with the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments and interface directly with customers and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate tracking logs and progress reports
  • Assist in preparing bid packages and procurement
  • Review and track approved change orders and costs
  • Develop and maintain site logistics plans
  • Travel up to 50% of the time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Associate's degree or higher education
  • Effective planning, organizing, and motivational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Earth and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
