As a Restaurant Host, you are essential in fostering our inviting ambiance and delivering exceptional service to our guests throughout their experience. Your duties will include:

• Warmly greeting guests, managing check-ins, and assisting with seating arrangements.
• Handling phone inquiries, managing reservations, and accurately maintaining reservation records.
• Collaborating with restaurant and pool staff to optimize guest seating and flow.
• Organizing station assignments, guiding support staff, and ensuring proper table setups.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and work areas.
• Updating guest profiles, managing VIP arrivals, and efficiently addressing special requests.
• Ensuring menus and wine lists are current, clean, and well-stocked.
• Promptly addressing and resolving guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Staying informed about hotel services, local attractions, and providing accurate information to guests.
• Working closely with Food and Beverage Management to cultivate a positive restaurant environment.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, ideally in a high-end environment.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications such as food handlers or alcohol training.
