Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for demonstrating knowledge and love of the brand while ensuring each customer has an exciting and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Consistently create a welcoming environment for customers, respond to inquiries and needs, and proactively seek opportunities to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Merchandise Management: Assist in the location, availability, and selection of merchandise, and use basic selling techniques to engage with customers.
  • Sales and Transactions: Complete sales transactions, maintain proper accountability at registers, and process merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelines.
  • Visual Standards: Maintain the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, visual displays, and presentations.
  • Store Recovery: Assist in daily store recovery, before, during, or after store opening hours.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to an environment that changes quickly while managing multiple tasks.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to act with integrity and business maturity.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.
