Job Title: Client Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Specialist to join our team at Levin Furniture & Mattress. As a Client Specialist, you will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Job Summary:

The Client Specialist will be responsible for participating in all store sales meetings, attending vendor training, and presenting training to the store team. You will also be responsible for understanding daily and weekly promotions, pricing merchandise accordingly, and processing transactions through the POS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in all store sales meetings and attend vendor training
  • Present training to the store team on a regular basis
  • Understand daily and weekly promotions and price merchandise accordingly
  • Process transactions through the POS system
  • Assist customers and sales team with finance options and apply through the waterfall porthole
  • Understand and distribute greeter sheets
  • Utilize the Digital Ups system and manage customer flow during open floor
  • Assist sales team with PPP presentation and processes
  • Learns and demonstrates thorough knowledge of Sleep sales process, policies, and comfort trail
  • Assist with PPP sales process and product
  • Social media specialist to leverage campaigns launched globally in the store marketplace
  • Assist with store presentation standards, pricing, and Ready All Day floor maintenance
  • Assist sales team with scheduling filled orders
  • Assist sales team with transactions during open floor
  • Engage incoming customer calls for sales as needed
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills
  • Basic reading and comprehension skills
  • Basic numerical reasoning skills
  • Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat, and efficient manner
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic PC skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Education: High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent and above
