  • Prepare final bills, present checks to guests, and process payments with a smile.
  • Perform side work as required by management, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests and communicating feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with fellow servers to ensure seamless service and a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions, as well as write simple correspondence.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information to customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to add and subtract two and three-digit numbers.
  • Ability to operate a computer point-of-sale system with ease.
  • Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits, with a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
  • Food Handler Certification and TABC Certification are required.
Physical Demands
  • Constant standing and walking, with occasional stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, or ramps.
  • Constant working in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment for extended periods.
  • Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine.
  • Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication and constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas using the spoken word.
