Job Summary:

The Activity Security Representative I will provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. This includes classification reviews, document accountability, and processing of classified mail and receipt records. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining various daily logs, assisting with data transfer, and providing support for security awareness and education programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
  • Maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence
  • Processing of inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
  • Destruction of classified materials
  • Reproduction support for classified materials
  • Maintenance of various daily logs for administrative functions
  • Assistance with data transfer and electronic file management
  • Support for security awareness and education programs
Requirements:
  • One (1) to Two (2) years related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent (4 years) experience
Security Requirements:
  • Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • Eligibility for access to Special Access Programs
  • Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph
Skills:
  • Familiarity with security policy/manuals and DCIDs/JAFANs
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and interact with DOD personnel and industry partners
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • High degree of originality, creativity, and initiative
