Job Title: Roofing Sales Representative/Project Manager

As a Roofing Sales Representative/Project Manager at The Contractor Consultants, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting roof inspections, and securing roofing contracts from homeowners, business owners, and property managers.

This role involves building relationships, providing expert roofing advice, and closing sales through in-home consultations and detailed estimates. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of roofing systems, and a passion for helping clients find the best roofing solutions.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. Experience with in-home sales consultations and door-to-door sales and lead generation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive roof inspections to assess the condition and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Provide detailed and accurate estimates, proposals, and presentations to homeowners and property managers.
  • Educate clients on roofing options, materials, and the advantages of The Contractor Consultants.
  • Follow up with potential clients, addressing questions and concerns to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inspections, proposals, and sales using the company's CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
  • Engage in door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and secure appointments with potential clients.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to conduct thorough and accurate roof inspections.
  • Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair/replacement processes.
