Job Description:

The Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health provides high-quality care for musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on diagnosis, non-surgical treatment, and patient education. Responsibilities include assessing fractures, administering joint injections, and collaborating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assess and diagnose fractures using clinical evaluation and imaging studies.">
  • Administer non-surgical fracture reductions.">
  • Monitor and manage the healing process, adjusting treatment plans as needed.">
  • Perform joint aspirations to diagnose conditions such as joint effusions or infections.">
  • Administer intra-articular injections for pain relief and inflammation reduction using ultrasound.">
  • Apply casts, splints, or orthopedic bracing to stabilize and immobilize various musculoskeletal conditions.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 1+ year of outpatient experience as an Orthopedic Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP/APRN).">
  • 1+ year of experience with bracing, casting, splinting, and injections.">
  • Masters Degree Compliance.">
