Job Description:
The Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health provides high-quality care for musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on diagnosis, non-surgical treatment, and patient education. Responsibilities include assessing fractures, administering joint injections, and collaborating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose fractures using clinical evaluation and imaging studies
- Administer non-surgical fracture reductions
- Monitor and manage the healing process, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Perform joint aspirations to diagnose conditions such as joint effusions or infections
- Administer intra-articular injections for pain relief and inflammation reduction using ultrasound
- Apply casts, splints, or orthopedic bracing to stabilize and immobilize various musculoskeletal conditions
- Ensure proper alignment and immobilization of injured body parts
- Educate patients on cast care and potential complications
- Review and interpret X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and other imaging studies
- Collaborate with radiologists and orthopedic surgeons to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment
- Determine whether surgical or non-operative approaches are most appropriate
- Provide patients with detailed information about their orthopedic conditions
- Offer guidance on home exercises, physical therapy, and activity modifications
- Address patient questions and concerns, ensuring they understand their treatment plans

Requirements:
1+ year of outpatient experience as an Orthopedic Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP/APRN)
1+ year of experience with bracing, casting, splinting, and injections
Masters Degree Compliance
