Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employment plans to meet the needs of clients
  • Provide vocational guidance and job development services to clients
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community employers to secure job placements
  • Provide job coaching and career counseling to clients
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in employment services or a related field
  • Experience working with the mental health population is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
  • Proficiency in data entry utilizing accounting software, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
