About the Role:

The LPN will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with a supportive healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and effective care to residents, utilizing strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
  • Administer medications, conduct resident assessments, and monitor changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
  • Work collaboratively with the Charge Nurse to facilitate resident admissions and discharges, and develop resident Plans of Care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing.
  • Current LPN/LVN license.
  • Patient care experience.
