Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified candidate with a valid Hawaii License to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your primary duties will encompass:
- Administering medications
- Performing skin treatments
- Conducting patient assessments
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Providing nebulized treatments
- Managing wound vac care
- Offering CPAP care
- Caring for gastrostomy tubes
Work Schedule:
The position requires flexibility with varied shift scheduling, including:
- 8-hour shifts: Days, Evenings, and Nights
- Weekend and holiday shifts
- Potential for overtime rotation
No guarantee of hours or shift preference is provided.
Position Priority:
This role is classified as normal urgency.
Licensing Requirements:
Candidates must possess a valid state license prior to starting the assignment.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
Specialty Area:
This position focuses on Long Term Care (LTC) for LPNs.
General Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification is necessary.
Contract Duration:
The contract length is set for 13 weeks.
Additional Information:
All compliance documentation must be completed and submitted at least one week before the start date. Candidates are required to arrive at the facility prior to the start date for health and HR clearance appointments. Please ensure that you have your license ready for the appointment.
