Level I Respiratory Care Professional

Atrium Health Charlotte is seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist Level I to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of direct respiratory care according to physician's orders and/or approved protocols.
You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to evaluate current therapies, make recommendations concerning plans of care, and educate patients on proper respiratory care techniques. A thorough understanding of cardiopulmonary life support equipment, oxygen delivery methods, and ventilator management is essential for this role.
The salary for this position is approximately $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k retirement plan, and health savings account.
