About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
  • Resource Allocation: Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
  • Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
  • Project Reporting: Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years working for a general contractor specializing in commercial construction, including corporate interiors, aviation, and medical projects.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral communication and written skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to successfully manage all aspects of commercial projects, including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion.
  • Collaboration: Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked.
