At Interdent Sa, our Customer Service Representatives play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established dental front office protocols for opening and closing procedures.
  • Welcome patients and manage incoming communications through a multi-line phone system, while performing various clerical duties.
  • Facilitate patient flow between the front and back office by effectively communicating with dental professionals and support staff.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary documentation, establishing accounts, and preparing charts for new patients.
  • Oversee the daily appointment schedule, making necessary adjustments and bookings.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is required; experience in a dental front office is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is required (experience with QSI is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
