If so, the Guest Services Coordinator role at our boutique hotel may be the perfect opportunity for you. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing their reservations and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with their check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring they receive the correct room keys and information.
- Maintain effective communication with housekeeping to ensure all guest accommodations are prepared and ready for arrival.
- Address and resolve any guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and provide information regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions to ensure proper billing.
- Assist with bar operations and other departments as needed.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and managing stressful situations with poise.
